We operate as a service-based agency and access your Instagram Business account through official Meta Business Manager permissions. Our Services are designed to help you respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

3. Eligibility and Requirements

To use our Services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must represent a legitimate business entity
• You must have an active Instagram Business or Creator account
• Your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Page
• You must have administrative access to grant permissions via Meta Business Manager
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use

4. Account Access and Authorization

4.1 Official Meta Authorization

You must grant FlowzenAI access to your Instagram Business account through Meta's official Business Manager authorization process. We will never ask for your Instagram password or any unauthorized access credentials.

4.2 Permissions

By authorizing our Services, you grant us permission to:

• Read Instagram direct messages sent to your business account
• Send automated replies on your behalf
• Access basic profile information of users who message your account
• Access conversation context necessary for automation

4.3 Revocation

You may revoke access at any time through your Meta Business Manager settings or by contacting us. Revocation will immediately terminate your use of the Services.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client of FlowzenAI, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date
• Complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Complying with Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, and Commerce Policies
• Ensuring automated responses align with your business's messaging standards
• Reviewing and approving automation workflows before deployment
• Monitoring your Instagram account for any issues or concerns
• Not using our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Not using our Services to send spam or unsolicited messages

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm individuals or groups
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

7. Payment and Billing

9. Third-Party Services and Disclaimer

Our Services rely on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
• Instagram Graph API
• Cloud hosting providers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Services
• We are not responsible for actions taken by Instagram, Meta, or other third parties that may affect your account or our Services
• We are not liable for any misuse of automation by you or unauthorized access to your account
• We are not responsible for lost profits, revenue, data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Your Instagram account is suspended or terminated by Meta
• We are required to do so by law or court order
• We discontinue the Services

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. We will revoke access tokens and cease all automation. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
