At FlowzenAI, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our systems.

We provide Instagram direct message automation services for ecommerce businesses. Depending on your relationship with us, please follow the appropriate instructions below.

For Instagram Users

If you are an Instagram user who has messaged a business that uses FlowzenAI's automation services, and you would like your message data deleted from our systems, please follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Send an email to support@flowzenai.in
  2. Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Instagram User"
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Your Instagram username
    • The business Instagram account you messaged
    • Approximate date of your messages (if known)
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email

What gets deleted: We will permanently delete all message content, conversation history, and associated data related to your Instagram account from our systems.

For Business Clients

If you are a business client using FlowzenAI's services and would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Send an email to support@flowzenai.in
  2. Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Business Client"
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Your business name
    • Your registered email address
    • Your Instagram Business account username
  4. We will verify your identity and process the request
  5. Deletion will be completed within 7 business days with email confirmation

What gets deleted: We will permanently delete your business account information, all message data processed through our service, access tokens, and automation settings. Note that billing records may be retained for legal and accounting compliance.

Alternative Deletion Methods

For Business Clients:

You can also request data deletion by:

  • Revoking access through your Meta Business Manager settings - this will automatically trigger account closure and data deletion
  • Canceling your account through your FlowzenAI dashboard (if available)

For Instagram Users:

You can also delete messages directly from your Instagram app, which will remove them from the conversation. However, to ensure complete deletion from our systems, we recommend following the email instructions above.

Processing Timeline

  • Initial Response: You will receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days
  • Identity Verification: We may request additional information to verify your identity (for security purposes)
  • Deletion Completion: Data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days
  • Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once deletion is complete

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • All personal data will be permanently removed from our active systems
  • Data will also be removed from backup systems within 30 days
  • The deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone
  • For business clients: automated responses will cease immediately
  • You will receive a confirmation email with details of the deletion

Important Notes

  • Data deletion requests are processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws
  • Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records for 7 years)
  • Deletion from our systems does not affect data stored by Meta/Instagram on their platforms
