Refund Policy

1. Overview

FlowzenAI provides custom AI automation and workflow setup services for businesses. Because our work is tailored to each client and begins with planning, configuration, and implementation, refund eligibility is limited and depends on the stage of the project.

This policy applies to setup fees, implementation work, and related service charges purchased directly from FlowzenAI.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed strategy, discovery, and consultation time
• Custom workflow design, implementation, and configuration work already started
• Delivered automation assets, integrations, or setup work
• Third-party costs such as software subscriptions, API usage, hosting, or payment processor fees
• Monthly support or maintenance fees after the billing period begins

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as a duplicate charge, a billing error caused by us, or if we are unable to begin the agreed service because of a problem on our side and no reasonable alternative can be provided.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be limited to the unused portion of fees actually received by FlowzenAI and may exclude processing costs where permitted by law.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review, email support@flowzenai.in with your business name, invoice details, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.

• Submit requests within 7 days of payment or as soon as the issue is discovered
• Include any screenshots, receipts, or other supporting information
• Allow up to 5 business days for an initial response

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first so we can resolve concerns quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay review because we will need to verify the payment, work status, and scope of services delivered.

If a payment is disputed, we may temporarily pause related services until the matter is resolved.
